There was a movie, normally I'd call that a film, But it moved me, and that didn't rhyme with film.
This is the new version of steve's refrigerator.Which I am looking at right now.And it is damn hott and sexxy. In that late-eighties early nineties kind of way.Awesome.As is "Team America: World Police" which, i might add is the dumbest and most vulgar film I have ever seen and, consiquently, I laughed myself to tears. Seeing puppets get their guts blown apart and puppets have hot wild sexx and puppets throwing up for several minutes on end is enough to make everyone's day, yeah?Cheers mates, today was the best pep rally EVERNight.

I've ...
I've just been reading stolen scooter listings for some reason, and for a particular Vespa, the former owner wrote "some bitch ass stole my shit... i'm gonna kill the mother fucker if i find them!" as an additional comment. Quite, er, verbose, for the owner of a mid sixties vespa.Anyway, I found it amusing. It was great to hear from Dierdre last night. It seems blazingly obvious now that Italy is 'where it's at,' as it were. I am excessively envious.Tomorrow off...that's cool.Going to watch eternal sunshine now.Cheers, y'all.

Where the hell is your angel pointing?
Work was pleasently busy this evening. It would have been utter chaos without Chris watching my back. Chris- you da man.Come home to find my mom asleep in the living room, my godfather (Gerry) barely speaking, my godmother (Annie) as plastered as they come, and Jon trying desperately to clean dishes while listening to Annie say some mean things that she maybe shouldn't. But hey. In the stupor of alcohol, one's true opinions are made known, yeah? Looks like they had a good night. I am not sure which is more amusing- to have been here watching the progression of the evening, or to come home at quarter after twelve and find it this way.Maybe getting my motorscooter tomorrow. Cheers to that, anyway.I think cheers has been said enough in this house tonight to go just fine without me saying it again.Happy one-o-five in the morning on the tenth of october.

You can keep my things, they've come to take me home
I hope everyone had an excessively productive and enjoyable day off... I add a completely obvious and in all other ways useless comment noting how nice the weather was....What a beautiful day!Carnegie Mellon has officially taken the lead in terms of colleges I just might kill to go to. The bulidings are beautiful, the people are nice, the curriculum is great, I am not smart enough to get in, and it costs too much. There. The good and the bad all in one breath. If somehow the stars align and I managed to get in, I think I would be one of the happier people you are liable to meet.In closing, a joke I've just read:Two turtles go camping and pack a cooler with sandwiches and beer. After three days of walking, they arrive at a great spot but realize they've forgotten a bottle opener. The first turtle turns to the second and says, "You've gotta go back and get the opener or else we have no beer.""No way," says the second. "By the time I get back, you will have eaten all the food.""I promise I won't," says the turtle. "Just hurry!"Nine full days pass and there's still no sign of the second turtle. Exasperated and starving, the first turtle digs into the sandwiches. Suddenly, the second turtle pops out from behind a rock and yells, "I knew it! I'm not fucking going!"***Ah. Delightfully corny.Well now. Paying no regard to what all ye critics say (ahemsteveanddan) I am off to read more of Angels and Demons That damn book is a page turner. Goodnight.

I just down...
I just downloaded one of those clients- so that i don't haveto get on the website whenever i just want to update. Looking forward to the three-day-ness of this weekend. Going to Pittsburgh tomorrow to tour the enigmatic and altogether-above-me Carnegie Mellon. Amazing how I can pick the schools to which I have the smallest chance of, or, if I am honest with myself, no chance of gaining admittance. Worth a shot anyway.Everyone have a wonderful evening. Cheers!

just give it something, I'll take nothing, just give it something
Fencing was not at all miserable tonight, for a change. I even liked it okay, which is a change from this past couple of weeks. Got the funky noise under the hood of the car fixed as well this evening, turns out it was something to do with the turbocharger...I think the part was called the diverter valve? The factory one that was in there was made of plastic, and was leaky, and the new one was made of metal. And it doesn't make the sound anymore, thus drew is happy.Uneventful evening. Stats homework can wait until tomorrow morning, sleep can't wait a second longer. Cheers! G'night. And also...wilco tomorrow night!

Work:...
Work: Yea! I GOT PAID, MUTHA FU#$?A!!Should be about 300 people eating there tomorrow night. Rich people who have big race horses and Mercs and expensive suits and shit. Tip city, I can see thine glittering towers from afar. None too much more to say on that. * * *As the closing note, I would like to extend my thoughts to Dave and his family. The unexpectedness of the whole thing is unlike nothing that I can imagine. Even having lost a parent, I can only imagine what this time must be like for him. When things like this happen, I am only reminded again of the frailty of life, and what a flicker we live in. To David, though he will not read this, Ican only say how truly sorry I am for both of his losses.Goodnight.

Make no difference, hella no, make no difference, hella no, to me
As Robert Pirsig said, "That's the problem. Where to start?" (This is the bit where you assume that I am up to my ears in stuff to write, but i decieve you and it's not that at all.)These damn college essays. I cannot get going on this thing because we have to write an outline. An outline! I have found in my relatively limited experience that stuff like this is generally done when one is left to their own devices. However, it would seem that I have to give up mine and use someone else's devices. So if you've seen my devices laying about anywhere, let me know, or if you are the culprit who has my devices, Give them back! This as some might say, "el-jay" is an excellent method of distracting myself from what really needs to be done. I engage the world with procrastination my sword and excuses my shield. All y'all have a good evenin,' y'hear?Cheers

Band-aids=Touchdowns
150 Customers. 1 food runner.Restaurant-goers: 1000000000000000000000000000000000Food Runner : 0I managed to put a face on stress this evening. Stress is when you trip carrying six servings of an expensive appetizer up a flight of stairs and everyone lands face down on the floor. Stress is when you tell the chef what happened (I've never heard a person his age use the word 'fuck' so many times. He used it more in that thirty second period than I did all day.) But all is well that ends well, and tonight ended well indeed. scott (his name does not deserve capitalization) didn't even have a snide comment as an adjuct (haha. I just used a vocab word. Eat that!) to my clocking out, but that may have resulted from the lovely girl for whom he and a waiter were getting drinks. I only work there. The rest of the day was decent indeed. The pepper painting in studio came out do ridiculously awfully that it had to be cropped to a sixth of its original size to attain laughability. Confidence waining.Getting very excited about Carnegie Mellon and Pittsburg and everything else next year-related but i should not get my hopes up. I am neither intellectually nor artistically capable of obtaining entry to that high brow institution, but, hell, why not dream?I want a motorcycle.Goodnight and cheers to you all.

what's all this now?
I can see now I am doomed to be made fun of by steve about this on a semi-regular basis. And rightly so. But no matter. Speaking of which I cannot believe he missed Coffee and Cigarettes today. Strange movie, now that I come to think of it. I definitely liked it, but the jury is way out on how much. We shall see after their deliberations, whoever they is. Wow. I have come to calling a bunch of neurons a jury and actually given them personalities. No one know how low we'll go.
Cheers!
